Nebulæ is a simple toy-language that is compiled via a perl program into C code. It is still in it's early stages but I aim for it to have perl-like regex support and a cross between C-like and lisp-like syntax. It will theoretically be self-hosting when it is done, meaning it will use the perl program to compile to C and that resulting program will compile the original code that wa previously compiled by the perl program....

hipopt is a simple command line arguments parser C library.

To understand how you can use it there's a hipoptest.c that you can compile by running make test. Take a look at the code and the output of the program, it's really simple :-).

This project will deal with iris detection and segmentation on 2D image with different resolutions and illumination conditions, where subject(s) may also have pose variations. Ideally the detection (only the bounding boxes) should be done in real time say if a video sequence is supplied. For high resolution images, refined segmentation needs to be done....
