For those who don't run with their dock bar visible at all times, this app runs in the menu/status bar and displays the current mail count for Entourage accounts. At each polling interval, EntMenu also displays a Growl notification (http://growl.info/) letting you know with the same info. Just copy to your Applications folder, launch, and you're all set.
