This library allows to manage large files for storing three dimensional spatial data obtained from equipment such as medical scanners or geological surveys, as well as data obtained from computational simulations.
Comes with a visualization tool which renders arbitrary slides or portions of the data cube, record trajectories and reproduce them. Everything it's highly modular and in need of many enhancements, but very stable.
I'm publishing the code to receive feedback from potential users, and for building other important modules using version control.
