We've noticed that there are plenty of media players and a number of media servers, but none of them are geared towards multiple users. Our aim is to change that. We want to provide a media appliance for the home that can serve up the families media based on the groups preferences.

For example, you and your family would like to listen to some tunes. Wouldn't it be nice to generate a list of music that you all like? and wouldn't it be nice if that list didn't include songs that either of you had heard recently?
